At Violinas, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopviolinas@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the item. We will assess each case individually and work towards a resolution.
